Refund Policy

At GoldenHollow Supply, we strive to provide high-quality wholesale products and reliable service. If you experience an issue with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or offer replacements only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong items delivered

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Missing items in shipment

To qualify, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. What We Need From You

To process your return or replacement request, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos or video of the damaged/incorrect product

  • Description of the issue

  • Your contact details

This helps us verify the issue quickly and take action.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and wholesale compliance, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable snacks or beverages

  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Bulk bags or cartons broken by the customer

4. Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the damaged/wrong product

  • Store credit to use on your next order

  • Partial refund (case-by-case basis)

We prioritize replacing products whenever possible to avoid disruption in your retail stocking.

5. Refund Conditions

Refunds are only issued when:

  • A product is out of stock after payment

  • A replacement is not available

  • The wrong item cannot be returned or exchanged

  • A mistake is made on our side and a refund is the best resolution

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Return Shipping

  • Returns due to our error (wrong item, damaged item) → We cover the return shipping cost.

  • Returns due to customer mistake (wrong order placed) → Customer covers the shipping cost, and approval is case-by-case.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
